Agreement

By accessing or using The Prepping Academy website, podcast, or newsletter (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Educational content only

All content on The Prepping Academy — episodes, newsletter, blog posts, and website — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, military, or emergency-management advice.

Preparedness, survival, and homesteading activities can involve real risk. You are solely responsible for evaluating your own situation, complying with all applicable laws, and acting safely. We disclaim all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from reliance on any content.

Intellectual property

All podcast audio, written content, branding, logos, and design elements are owned by The Prepping Academy / Garvin Network unless otherwise credited. You may share short quotes and link to episodes with attribution, but you may not republish full episodes, articles, or commercial reproductions without written permission.

User submissions

By submitting a guest application, sponsor inquiry, or contact message, you grant us permission to read, store, and respond to that submission. Guest pitches may be referenced internally for booking decisions. We will not publish your private contact information without permission.

Newsletter

The Prepping Academy Report is a free, opt-in newsletter. By subscribing you consent to receive periodic emails. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or via our unsubscribe page.

Sponsorships & affiliates

Some episodes include paid sponsorships and some links may be affiliate links. We disclose sponsorships clearly in episodes. We only partner with brands we'd recommend independently, but a sponsorship is not a personal endorsement of every claim a brand makes.

Third-party links

We link to external sites for reference. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Prepping Academy, Forrest Garvin, the Garvin Network, and their affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to others.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Garvin Network is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
